Founded by Dr. Yakov Gendler, DPT, our practice combines the expertise of highly trained Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver truly comprehensive, concierge-level rehabilitation services—all in the comfort and privacy of your home.
Dr. Gendler earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University in New York City and refined his clinical expertise at Montefiore/Einstein Medical Center, one of the nation’s leading academic hospitals. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, he has built a reputation for providing evidence-based, holistic, and compassionate care tailored to each client’s individual goals.
