Non Contact Low Frequency Ultrasound Wound Therapy:

​We collaborate with individual providers, group practices, wound care clinics, assisted living communities, and long-term care facilities to deliver this therapy as an adjunct to the existing standard of care. This treatment is not intended to replace selective debridement, skin substitutes or other advanced therapies, but rather to work in tandem with these interventions to support optimal wound healing outcomes.

To refer a patient for non-contact, low-frequency ultrasound wound therapy, simply send a wound care prescription and the patient face sheet via fax or secure email. Our team will promptly verify the patient’s insurance benefits and confirm that the wound meets Medicare coverage criteria prior to initiating treatment.

In order to be eligible for Medicare Coverage the patient must have a wound or ulcer that meets Medicare criteria for debridement AND one of the following:

• Is too painful to tolerate sharp or excisional debridement and has failed conventional debridement

• Has a documented contraindication to sharp or excisional debridement

• Has shown no measurable improvement after at least 30 days of standard wound care, with clear documentation.
